We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return Policies for non-custom items


1.Please contact me via email at within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to request return authorization.

2. Items must arrive in unused/as new condition within 14 days of purchase and in protective packaging to safeguard the product. Items must not have any signs of damage or wear and tear or odors from smoke or perfume. Any damage will void the return.

3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit and therefore insist returned items must be shipped with tracking.

4. Your purchase will be refunded once the returned item has been received in new condition and meets the requirements.

*Custom items cannot be returned.
